Wedding Packages

Package A: $1600 All-inclusive wedding coverage including rehearsal*, pre-wedding, ceremony and entire reception. Unlimited pre-wedding consultations. Customers may order prints from a password protected online gallery. Includes a complete set of 4x6 proofs and a CD of your digital images plus an optional engagement photo session with a CD of images. This is the best value package.

Package B: $950 Four hours wedding coverage including ceremony and reception up to cake cutting as time permits. Customers may order prints from a password protected online gallery. Includes a complete set of 4x6 proofs and a CD of your digital images. Great for shorter weddings or coverage of formal photos only. Time may be extended if necessary.

Portraits

Family Portraits: $75 Three or more people. Your choice of nearby location, indoor or outdoor. Up to one hour, unlimited digital photos in color and black and white. Customers may order prints from a password protected online gallery. Portrait customers may purchase all their photos on a CD for $40.

Engagement Portraits and Children’s Portraits: $75 One or two people/children. Your choice of nearby location, indoor or outdoor. Up to one hour, unlimited digital photos in color and black and white. Customers may order additional prints from a password protected online gallery. Portrait customers may purchase all their photos on a CD for $40.

High School Senior Portraits: $150 Your choice of local outdoor location. Includes unlimited amount of poses for a one hour sitting. Unlimited outfit changes. Photos are available for immediate viewing so your senior is happy with his or her photos. Unlimited digital photos in color and black and white. Customers may order additional prints from a password protected online gallery. We will edit and email the chosen photo to your school. Portrait customers may purchase all their photos on a CD for $40.

Details

•A non-refundable $200 deposit will hold your wedding date. Payment may be split into 3 installments, with at least half due 30 days prior to wedding date. Final payment is due on the wedding day. Proofs, photo CD and copyright release will be shipped after full payment is received. Late fees and returned check fees apply, see contract.

*I will attend ceremony rehearsal, if possible, within 1 hour of Hayden. Package A only, 1 hour maximum, mileage fees apply.

•A .44 per mile charge (from my house) will apply for events and portraits taken outside of Hayden, CO.

•Wedding package B is not available for events more than one hour from Hayden, CO.

•I will edit all phots once. Additional photo editing and retouching available for $35 per hour.

•Additional wedding coverage $200/hr.

•Online gallery will be posted for one year for easy sharing and purchasing.

•All photos may be used by Kate Z Photography for marketing and web site advertising.

Additional items

•Slideshow of up to 99 photos with music $100.

•Guest signature photo mat. A memorable way to replace a guest book. Guests sign matting around your photo for a keepsake wall hanging. (matting holds an 8x10 photo and fits into a 16x20 frame) Includes photo session with CD of images. $75

•Photo Albums. Beautifully designed for you in a variety of sizes including 7x7, 8x10, 10x8, 13x11 in a soft or hard cover. Professionally printed and bound for a wonderful keepsake or gift. Books include up to 40 pages of black and white and full color images of your choice, or let us choose for you. Prices range from $35 to $125 each. Contact us for more details.
